Optometrist

Dr. Ron Zuba is a Board-Certified Optometric Physician. He is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry and has been in private practice since 1983. For over 30 years he has provided comprehensive vision care to patients of all ages.
 

Certified for the Treatment and Management of ocular disease by the International Association Board of Examiners in Optometry. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association, South Carolina Optometric Physician Association, and Central Midlands Optometric Society.

In 2011 Dr. Zuba was one of the first Optometrist in the United States to achieve the status of “Diplomate”.  Through his successful performance on a national examination, he had exhibited a mastery level of optometric knowledge worthy of recognition as a board certified optometrist. By achieving this Diplomate status, he had demonstrated his commitment for lifelong learning.

Dr. Zuba believes in personal care and will provide you with a comprehensive eye examination for glasses or contact lenses. Your examination will be performed completely by Dr. Zuba and not by office personnel as you may have experienced in other offices. Dr. Zuba specializes in hard to fit contact lenses for astigmatism and bifocals. He has been certified in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease and injury.
